About Feel Ideal 360

Feel Ideal 360 is a physician-led concierge telemedicine practice based in Southlake, Texas. Founded by Angela Straface, MD, the practice offers membership-based medical care designed to prioritize access, continuity, and personalized attention.

Dr. Straface is a licensed medical doctor with over 25 years of experience in emergency medicine. Her background in acute care shaped her commitment to providing patients with a more accessible and relationship-driven healthcare experience through concierge telemedicine.

As Medical Director, Dr. Straface remains actively involved in patient care and oversees all medical services provided through the practice. The concierge model allows patients to connect with their physician remotely while maintaining consistent medical oversight throughout the year.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Straface is actively involved in the community and volunteers with several local organizations. She is currently accepting new patients for the VIP Annual Concierge Telemedicine Membership.

Angela Straface, MD – Founder & Medical Director

Founder and Medical Director of Feel Ideal 360, Dr. Angela Straface is a licensed medical doctor with over 25 years of experience in emergency medicine. She chose Southlake, Texas, as the home for her practice and her family, where she balances medicine, leadership, and motherhood.

Dr. Straface brings a patient-focused approach to concierge telemedicine, emphasizing access, continuity, and clear communication. As Medical Director, she remains actively involved in patient care and oversees all medical services provided through the practice.

Outside of work, Dr. Straface enjoys spending time with her family and staying actively involved in the community. Her hands-on leadership and commitment to personalized care set the tone for the Feel Ideal 360 experience.

Summer – Registered Nurse & Clinic Manager

Meet Summer, our amazing Registered Nurse and clinic manager who brings energy, organization, and heart to Feel Ideal 360. A proud wife, mom to her son Corbin, and dog mom to Luna, she’s also a big sister to two other Feel Ideal 360 team members, Spring and Autumn.

After starting her career as an ER nurse, Summer now uses her experience to support patients and help keep the practice running smoothly. Her secret? A passion for patient care, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor, because a little laughter goes a long way in a busy medical practice.

Martha – Registered Nurse

Meet Martha, our Registered Nurse and supermom to five amazing kids! When she’s not busy working or studying to become a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll likely find her on the pickleball court, keeping her competitive spirit in check (but always with a smile).

Martha is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to make patients feel comfortable and supported. Whether she’s assisting with patient care or sharing a quick laugh, she brings both professionalism and personality to the Feel Ideal 360 team.

Hayley – Patient Care Coordinator

Meet Hayley, our Patient Care Coordinator who brings enthusiasm and warmth to every patient interaction. You’ll often see Hayley out in the community with Dr. Straface or supporting patients behind the scenes, helping make every experience at Feel Ideal 360 smooth and welcoming.

When she’s not at work, Hayley enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two teenage kids. With her positive energy and genuine passion for helping others, she’s here to make sure patients feel supported from their first call forward.

Abby – Medical Assistant

Meet Abby, our kind-hearted Medical Assistant who recently graduated from UNT and quickly became an essential part of the Feel Ideal 360 team. Incredibly helpful and always ready to lend a hand, Abby supports both patients and staff to ensure each visit runs smoothly.

Known for her attention to detail and friendly demeanor, Abby helps create a calm and seamless experience for patients from start to finish.

Leana – Patient Care Coordinator

Meet Leana, our Patient Care Coordinator who brings style, organization, and care to everything she does. Recently married and always welcoming, Leana is dedicated to making sure every patient interaction feels smooth and positive.

With her attention to detail and commitment to patient support, Leana helps ensure that every experience at Feel Ideal 360 feels thoughtful, personal, and well-managed.
